If I could give a 0 rating I would, I ordered an outfit here as an option for my bday look and returned it cause I wasn’t feeling it. Later on they get back to me that I can’t return it cause of a bad odor. I wore the outfit for not more than 5 mins I can even provide pics that I used for my birthday instead I have been emailing them but they haven’t gotten back to me and have refused to give me back my money 🤬

App issue
I am in the U.S. and would like to order, but when I switch the currency to American dollar it doesn’t hold and so then it won’t allow me to pay through Klarna or Afterpay. Is there a way to remedy this? The clothing is beautiful but the problem I’m having is an issue.

Needs better Sizing tools to accurately order - 2 suggestions
Site & app need better tools for sizing eg. fabric measurements & customer reviews to share their size and how their order fit. I order from the US- not only is in a huge hassle to return or exchange if it’s wrong size bc of distance and the fact it takes so long to get here, but also by that time items are usually sold out if I realize I need to reorder. Really need better context to the size and fit of items to order correctly and if I had that I’d make larger orders
