Game wouldn’t level up multiple times, starting the game over restores purchase of no ads?

I got up to level 71 and when merging to level 72 the “highest number” at the top did not update. As I leveled up to 73 it started docking me down levels and I was suck at level 69. When I finally got up to 70 it did not update my score and I tried twice to see if it was a mistake but the game is still stuck at the same level. I tried to hit the “warning! The game will start over button” out of defeat, it even restored my no ads purchase! This was a cool game until it stopped being zen

Chips disappear

When I use the extra space and the timer runs out the chips disappear from the screen. I can’t find the support option in the game. I have video of the chips disappearing. It happens every time I use the extra space and the 60 sec timer runs out! I see you had an update just recently and I can’t get the game to drop new chips. Also it says that the highest number is 68 well I am at least 75. Please fix this game

After you get to a certain number, it won’t let you deal the numbers out anymore and it’s very frustrating.
