I genuinely wish it worked

If it worked, it would be literally the PERFECT app … but it doesn’t work. It freezes every two seconds I cannot even get through the setup process

Just need a MacOS App

I love this app for its end-to-end encryption for starters, and the many useful features it has, but I wish I could also use it on my MacBook because that’s what I’m mostly using during the day for work.

Solid app and amazing customer service

This app nails exactly what I need—simple, clean, and just customizable enough without being overwhelming. I did run into one issue: one of the widgets had a blurry effect that was messing with my eyes. I reached out to support, and they responded within an hour. They told me the option to disable the blur didn’t exist yet but that they’d pass it along to the devs. No joke—12 hours later, I got an email saying the option had been added and would be in the next update. I’ve never seen an app take user feedback that seriously. That alone earned my loyalty.

THE BEST EVERYTHING APP

As a gal on the go, and someone who likes to stay busy and organized, this app is it! My calendars, lists, to-dos, habits, even my budget, are all in one place. Truly able to get rid of so many excess planners and put everything into sortifyd. Thank you!!!

Finally, we’re on the same page!

My husband and I started using Sortifyd and honestly it’s been a game-changer. No more “Did you remember…?” texts or forgotten errands—we just add things to our shared lists and calendar and it actually gets done. Super easy to use and it keeps us both organized without the mental load all falling on me. Also love how the AI makes organizing documents such a breeze. Absolutely loving this app!

Update: newest update makes the app unusable, keeps glitching and won't let me see the current months calendar 😢

Tried it Out

I’m trying to get into a better organizing lifestyle, so I tried this due to how great the UI looked. Sorted myself out and got my partner on there, assigned a few tasks on a list… Just for it to keep disappearing. I checked my change log and it confirms that things got modified, yet the changes didn’t seem saved even though I confirmedly saved many times. Very glitchy sadly and was considering to buy premium, but due to these bad glitches I’ll be looking for an alternative.

Looked great and very simple to do, but the glitches prevent it to be better rated.

A must have for every household!!

Sortifyd has been a lifesaver for our hectic family life. It’s so handy to have everything - our family’s calendars, lists, and important docs - all in one place. No more hunting around for stuff or losing track of who's supposed to do what. The app is super easy to use and it really helps keep us all on track. If you’re juggling a lot, this family organizer is a total game changer... highly recommend it!

Some flowly items missing

My mind needs to have an all in one place kind of view. It would be great to be able to see undated tasks in the calendar view to be able to see what days I have available to do said task. It would also be great to give dates to tasks with having to give times.

3 for now

I’m only on my first day with this app and I’m not sure if I love it or hate it yet. I love the concept, everything in one spot. But I don’t think it meets that for me.
- I should be able to choose which list I want to add my recipe ingredients to. The system creating a new separate list from each recipe is silly and makes no sense.
- no budget/bill due date list?
- I should be able to categorize my lists, I already have too many that I don’t think I’ll actually end up looking into.
-I don’t like that I have to have a recipe to create the meal plan, one of my recipes is literally cereal and milk. And like I said above that doesn’t even have the added benefit of being able to combine all the ingredients into one shopping list.

It’s odd to ask for complete card numbers, cvv, and expiration dates. Obviously it’s a choice for us to us that feature but that’s just kind of sketchy to me. I’m going to give the app the three days but right now it seems overwhelming and there doesn’t seem to be enough security for the information it’s suggesting you put in.

Unable to Signup!

I am stuck in the email authentication step. I am not receiving any code in my email, so not able to move to the next step to sign-in. I have also tried using 2 different emails.
