Very useful
This app is very helpful. It’s great to have an emergency record with me at all times.
Easy to enter and organize medical info; intelligible privacy policy
Great for keeping all your medications, emergency contacts, etc. in one place—also useful if you like to travel (can translate record into Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese)
The worst
I don't often write reviews for apps but since this is supposed to be a "safety" app I just thought I had to say something.
I saw this app featured on the morning local news here in San Diego.
It was featured as a free way to easily let your family/friends know that you're ok (and for them to let you know they're ok) in the event of an emergency. Obviously everyone would or should have a way to easily communicate in the event of a disaster or emergency. Since I have been involved in a few emergencies (like the fires of 2014) this seemed a great thing to get and encourage my family and close friends to get.
I quickly downloaded it from App Store and emailed my close family to please do the same. A few hours after getting it on my phone I entered all my info and started to add people to my contacts. A few hours later I opened it back up to finish adding info. Not only had it not saved any of my info but everyone I tried to add also had failed.
To make matters worse, once you add basic info they're asking for you to pay for a premium version, which as far as I can tell, is the only way to use the app at all.
Bottom line, don't waste your time or embarrassment from family and friends.

Response from developer
Hello Nkay666 – Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write this review. We apologize that you did not have a good experience with SOSQR. When you create a new profile, you need to publish this data for it to persist between app uses. We plan to address this and make it more explicit in an upcoming release as soon as we can. Feel free to call our support line at 888-746-7203 if you would like to discuss further.
Incredible app!!!
This app is incredible. I enter my RX in English for drugs I'm prescribed in US then the drug ingredients appear in Spanish when I change the language to Spanish. Also, if I'm in other countries (France, Brazil, China or Spain) and someone scans the QR code my prescriptions, conditions and immunizations appear in those languages. There is no other app like this to keep me safe when traveling!

Useful and elegant
Wonderful app that we definitely use in our family for some extra piece of mind. I like how much (or little) info we can put into an emergency record. Thumbs up!
