App is useless
We purchased the premium safebag24 wrapping services at the airport. They told us we can track our bags through the app, etc. Just need to download the app and track the luggage. Imagine our surprise when everything on the app requires subscription and payments. I mean you already pay a lot for the service at the airport, the least that could be expected is to be able to track your luggage... This is poor customer service, especially since at the airport they told us that the services were included and free of charge. The app is a rip-off.

Rubbish - stuck in loop!!
Doesn't work properly, stuck in activation loop with app keeping asking me to activate, then telling me 'ouch - already activated' then throwing me back to a login screen. Gave up as worthless, will. It be using the service again.
Premium Ottawa
Spoke to Chacour from SafeBag Ottawa. He really convinced to get the premium. The wrapping service is excellent quality. The app is also well built. I strongly recommend to get the premium service and to download the app. You won't regret it
Very annoying
I wrapped 5 cardboard boxes using Safebag. Tried to "register" them but it's impossible because you have to select Brand of Suitcase (but no option for anything else such as boxes). Chose some random brand name, took pictures, manually entered both my flight details, etc then when I went to save it all it kept telling me I needed to buy credits (10 euros for 1) - then why did I just spend 16$ to wrap my boxes?? Tried again a second time and same result. What a waste of time. App being deleted as soon as this review is posted.
