About

Soto Core is the private workspace of the Soto Core talent agency for the creators it works with. It is invite-only: your agency sets up your account. Your whole dashboard, on your phone: • Gallery: upload photos, videos and audio, sort them into folders, tag people and topics, share a file with a link, and edit photos and videos. Deleted files wait in the Trash for 30 days. • Safe mode blurs every preview until you choose to see it. • Scripts: what your team asked you to film, with a checklist and the clips you add. • Custom requests: read them, reply, add the files and mark them done. • Collabs: shared sets of files with the creators you work with, with upload links for guests. • News, trips and the schedule from your team. • Invoices for the agency's services, paid by card or by wire, with automatic payment if you want it. • Your contract, your prices, About you, and your SotoLink page, to edit on the go. • Notifications for uploads, requests, invoices and the schedule. • Face ID keeps the app locked to you, and the bottom bar holds the pages you use most, in your order. Soto Core is for adults (18+) who work with the agency. What you upload stays private to you and your agency team.

- A sign-in link from an email opens the app itself and signs you in. - Sign in by email with a one-time code, and a code-at-sign-in switch in Settings. - News can be written ahead: pick a day and a time, and the post goes out then; posts written ahead show on the Schedule. - The Trash lives in the gallery, from Sort and filter, with Put back and Delete for good. - Light mode: the bar is light with the black wordmark; the sign-in and unlock pages sit within a thumb's reach. - The photo and video editors are quick again, and the app icon is the full Soto Core wordmark. - Settings lists the devices signed in, each with Sign out.
