Thank you for using Sotto. This update adds proper support for four more receivers and fixes two streaming inputs on models from 2015 and 2016. • Sotto now handles four more receivers properly instead of falling back to generic defaults: the Marantz AV8805A and SR6011, and the Denon AVR-S760H and AVR-S700W. That is eight tuned models to twelve. If one of them is yours, the Sound screen stops waiting on a port your receiver does not answer and shows its own mode presets straight away. • Pandora and SiriusXM were being asked for by the wrong name on receivers from 2015 and 2016, so choosing either input did nothing at all. Both work now. Thank you to the two owners whose diagnostics snapshots uncovered this within a week of each other — neither had a problem to report, and it affected every receiver of that generation offering those services. • When your receiver combines a sound mode with an upmixer, the home screen now reads it properly — "Multi-Ch In + DTS Neural:X" rather than the receiver's internal shorthand. Own a receiver Sotto does not fully support yet? The app can send an anonymized snapshot of your model, and that is exactly what lets me add real support for it. Eleven of the twelve models Sotto now handles properly came from owners doing precisely that, and two of them turned up the streaming-input bug above without knowing anything was wrong.
