Each time, I have to create a new account because the one I have is banned 2 or 3 days after its creation even though I respect all rules and regulations! This is so weird!

It is hilarious to ask people to pay to message their matches without even a trial period. If you were confident in your app and it is working, you should at least give the opportunity for people to test before requesting this enormous fee for membership.
