Look, I really love this game but it still doesn’t support Facebook login after all of these years and I can’t sign into my Game Center account or as a guest because it just keeps me on a loading screen and I’m never able to play :(

Can’t load up game. Last patch asked for permission to things unrelated to gaming like phone contacts, gallery, etc. Declined and now no longer loads up. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still don’t load up, at least give a refund for my purchases.

Hard stuck in progression
The game is capping me out in the campaign for my party level and that’s rly my only complaint everything about this game is fun wish people stilled plays just came back

I’ve played this game for a very long time, I loved it then and I still love it now. Upon hearing the announcement that the servers are closing it made me really sad, I hate to see the game go. But like Cara (one of the heroes in the game) says “All things must come to an end.”
Unloadable
Gave up on the download after half an hour- lovely background and lots of quick filling bars but utterly pointless wait. Not coming back, life far too short.
amazing but one thing
So I have been playing this game for as long as I can remember but unfortunately I do remember being able to go into the magic academy , clicking the wizard and choosing a character to upgrade. Now I cannot and when I press the choose character option it shows me a blank box which shows no characters and doesn’t allow me to exit it just freezes. Though I still love the game , wish this would get fixed though.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The state of the game is a mess and heavily favors pay-to-win players, which I am one of. There's no real game balance, and it's impossible to get meaningful feedback from the developers. They seem to be letting the game die while milking long-time players for $400, even for broken heroes and pets. Player feedback is ignored, and the Chinese version of the game is far ahead.
As for CS , aside from the fact that I spent $400 on a hero event only to see the hero nerfed shortly after (like with Lama), look at how useless the DC heroes and Ubisoft heroes are.
I personally earned an achievement that was the result of an in-game error you made, spent tons of diamonds on it, requested compensation, and got nothing.
Off the top of my head: Lama, Oscar's ability, Golden Pawn's ability, Lucy as a broken hero, and Ms. Paine, who plays completely differently in the CV version.
Charles only responds to mods from Discord when he feels like it, and the Lilith staff on Discord is completely incompetent. You need to hire people who can properly communicate and address issues in a timely manner. Every time there's a major problem, your team blames it on translation errors, but you continue to modify heroes or Titans to make money, setting false expectations and hopes. There's a whole community on the Line app that's ready to stop spending on your game unless something changes. Thanks for your time. -Goat

Where are the Devs? When is there gonna be an update?
This is a game that I just can’t stop coming back to, either for the nostalgia or simply because I enjoy it so much. Sadly, it seems as though it’s just a dead project that is simply still going for the money… New heroes get released here and there, yet the game feels so lifeless that it’s kinda sad to keep playing when there is simply no devs or updates involved anymore.

This is fantastic game, I’m played for three or four years of game. Unfortunately that story and hero maxed level so. This is game have some need improve, create for new story chapter, and create challenge alike floors. Five year never any update so game developer need return and continue for this game.
