I purchased items and after like one day, my server lost and it creates new account for me automatically. I just lost my money. Is that how you guys scam money?

Just completely lost my progress
It was actually really fun to play but I just opened the game one day and it was like I never played it, I tried reopening it over and over and it just kept making me make a new account. So you’ll have fun playing it for about a week, make a lot of progress and stuff. But be prepared to lose all of it.

Glitchy with potential
I love the game but there are so many glitches. I tried to reach out but the discord button doesn’t even work to copy the link. The new Guy shimon character is so glitchy game keeps crashing. The move night guy makes game crash and when you get to 13star . When you equip the third talent game keeps crashing please fix . The game has so much potential if it weren’t for these terrible glitches

not bad, but not good
I downloaded this game because it was very similar to another naruto game I had—it deleted my account just when I was about to buy a skin—and I have no way of getting it back. The discord account doesn’t work—I can’t message support.
Doesn’t work
Played the game for a month and spent $20 on it, now all of A sudden it decided to get stuck on the opening screen every time I open the game.

Just lots of bugs, such as login in and I don’t know who to contact since they never respond.
The login screen doesn’t show up anymore, only background screen.
Their discord is invalid so we have no one to communicate for support.

Takes your money, and want let you log back in
After 2 weeks, all progress and money is gone. And there’s no way to contact anyone

Iphone is very good about holding down and having secure purchases and accounts. So when the game fails to verify my apple ID linked account I know it’s got to be the games issue. If it does not work they won’t allow it on the applestore ..
Trash
Game literally resets your account everyday so there’s no point in even playing the game. Lost a level 35 acc and a level 41 account in 2 day span. Fix that and it’s a great game.
You will countiue to lose your account
I’ve really enjoyed playing this game but it’s frustrating to continue to lose an account that has made progress. Everytime you enter the game it requires you sign in, l have lost an account with levels 18, 32 and many more. Contacting customer service should also be looked into, l’ve tried to messaging the discord as it says in game, but when inputting the link into discord it results with and invalid or expired server? Wish this problem could be fixed that way l can continue playing in my last accounts .

Spent real money only to have the game reset
The game periodically has you sign in again, but this last time it reset and started me over with no option to restore purchases or anything.

Whenever I try to play all of a sudden I get the error message 帐号验证请求失败 which translates to Account verification request failed. I sign in with my Apple account I don’t know why there would be a verification request failed
