Doesn’t work after first use
Used it once, couldn’t fault it other than the unexpected use of its own wifi. Then second time the device wont work at all. I charged it for 3 hours still nothing. Followed all the troubleshooting, still doesn’t work. It states its own wifi has no internet connection. FAQ is not helpful as poorly written and there seems to be no customer service.

Do not buy if you want your personal information safe. They try to make you connect to their WiFi. I’d be very careful with this product and return it!! Don’t buy anything that makes you connect to anything on your device! Don’t trust these reviews either.

There's no reason it would need to connect to anything other than bluetooth.
The good news is you don't actually need the camera. It's just as effective as any ear cleaner.
I'm a little disappointed in myself I didn't do more research before I bought the thing. It was just one of the first ones that popped up on amazon. Oh well

Found out the negative reviews were right, the app definitely does ask for way to much for a simple ear device, and it won’t work unless you give it what it wants. The other review are most likely payed for to make them look better or something of that nature. Don’t fall for it!
Privacy Concerns
App does not allow for pairing to bluetooth device unless I let it access all devices on my network. I struggle to believe the "Data not collected" tag on the app store. Will not be using this.

Helpful tool
I am a cotton swab ear cleaner. I’ve never had clogged ears, but when I have too much wax it can feel awful. With this tool, I can see the wax and remove it. My wax is soft and more like soft honey. I don’t go down near the ear drum. I’ll leave that to the medical professionals as I get enough relief with my above the canal.

Doesn’t steal data
After the reading the reviews I got a bit freaked out this was going to try and steal my data or something, but people are just not paying enough attention when opening the app. Yes it does request to access other devices, a simple no disables that request. The WIFI thing is where people aren’t paying attention. It doesn’t want to connect to your wifi it wants you to connect to the “wifi” created by the device so your phone can be used as a camera while you stick the scooper in your ear. It doesn’t use Bluetooth to connect, but rather creates it own hotspot in a way so you can see inside your ear using your phone.
MAN am I glad I did, I had a HUGE dried hard ball of wax fully clogging my left ear that was half the size of my pinky nail. I wonder how long it was in there for… no more q-tips for me

Love it
Read reviews and had doubts because I have an iPhone. It downloaded and connected perfect. No issues. Switch to left ear to clean and see opposite side of right ear. Do the opposite for left ear.

I don’t understand all these negative reviews, the app works great. I’m using on a iPhone 14 Pro Max, running iOS 26.4 and have not experienced any problems whatsoever. There is nothing nefarious going on here either.

Tried installing various devices and various ways. Always it asked for DIFFERENT permissions! Once was blue tooth, once WiFi, once camera. But it never asked for ALL it needed and there wasn’t a way to give it what it needed manually.
