Fraudulent
I contacted the company about an issue with delivering my package to the wrong address. They told me there was nothing that they could do and to file a claim with USPS, when I contacted the post office, they directed me to the website in order to file a claim. I let them know that there isn’t a way for me to file a claim if I don’t have the original receipt or the insurance number. They continue to leave me on read and give no assistance or response. Lost out on $65 even after paying for this tracking service insurance that automatically added to your cart.

If you left a review saying the app wasn’t running. I think it was getting updated for it is working now. I also have an iphone
App is terrible an never works
Prrchased products from SVC in the past products were good. Purchased products recently. They aren’t as good as before . The app is terrible. Doesn’t work. Products aren’t the same and prices change. The company use to have quality product. Seems like they don’t care about the quality of the products but now it’s not the same. Too bad.

Love the company hate the app
I have purchased many products from this company so my review is not on the company itself. This app however is not working. Every time I open the app I get an error msg that the app isnt active. I have deleted the app and added it back numerous of times and still get the same thing. This needs to be fixed. Having access to the app is convenient but not when its not working. I barely write reviews but I’m so annoyed at this app I had to say something.
