Eigentlich kritisiere ich nicht einfach so aber das geht zu weit leider. Wenn man herausfindet,dass was gesagt wurde nicht richtig ist leider und man seine Meinung sagt und das zu Recht,wird man ignoriert oder blockiert leider. Technisch ist es eigentlich ganz ok,deswegen 2 Sterne und anfangs war ich auch zufrieden aber mittlerweile glaube ich einiges nicht mehr und es wird dir widersprüchlich was gesagt. Vielleicht glauben sie es ja selber und wenn man fragt ob die Karten vielleicht nicht immer ganz richtig ausfallen,wird man selbst beschuldigt. Schade,dass es so eine Wendung genommen hat für die Preise.

I have been using this app for over 5 years. I’ve seen some pretty decent psychics and some scammers on this app. But spiritualist autumn is the only one I trust. She predicted my promotion to the T among other things. I probably would have deleted this app had I not found her. Now when it comes to other psychics on this app I wish they were more properly vetted and had more extensive background check. I’m a baby ready but I know enough to know when someone is just BS’in me. There are way too many scammers on this app to not do anything about it. Also I wish the app offered more than just readings and basic horoscopes. There haven’t been any major updates to this app since I’ve been using it. Maybe time to start looking into that.

They’re a bunch of scammers with vague answers and if you ask for a refund they Waste ur time and instead of refunding they give you 10 percent of coupon that expire in 2 days!!! They deserve zero stars and to be taken down!!!! Definitely 0 out of 10!!!
Don’t waste your money
Your psychic bff Star blocked me when I called her out for being wrong about something that was obvious. Support tried to contact her and she just ignored them when they reached out. There is also a psychic rated in the top 10 of the “real time” ratings that the collaboration was terminated weeks ago.

Had an account for almost a year and half. Was on level 7, now since whatever technical issue they had a few days ago, I can’t log in to my account. I’ve contacted and emailed them three times about the issue and I got no response whatsoever. Sad because I really enjoyed using this app. Time to delete it and find another app.

Worst App Ever! A Total Scam!
I purchased $40 worth of credit on Soul Light for a psychic reading — but the credit was never added to my account. My balance should’ve been credit of 433 to do a text reading it’s 388 but I should have 433 but the credit nothing has been added, but took the money on my card on file. yet nothing showed up. Thinking it might just be a glitch, I deleted and reinstalled the app — only to find myself completely locked out!
When I contacted their support to report the issue, they ignored me. After I called them out for charging my card without providing the service, they still refused to refund my $40. This is robbery and fraud — you can’t just take people’s money and provide no service!
I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank because this company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. If I were you, do NOT install Soul Light. They’ll take your money, block your access, and disappear.
Absolute scam — beware before you lose your hard-earned cash!
