I dunno what to do
Anything I type to try and post something it just says "I invailed username format" even when I fixed it thousands of times and it's not even anything bad??

Hi JitterBug2008 — so sorry about this, and you were right all along: that was a bug on our end, not your name. Our name field was wrongly rejecting perfectly normal characters like periods, apostrophes and hyphens — so a name with a "." in it (like yours) would fail no matter how many times you fixed it. It's fixed now, on our side — no app update needed, just open Soulio and try again and it'll go through. If anything still blocks you, email us at support@soulio.ai and we'll sort it out right away.
