Hard to cancel subscription

I don’t use this app and canceling has to be through email. No option to cancel through the app. Really annoying. Spent $30 for a few months and haven’t even used it.

No way to cancel, can’t access with out subs

This app is a good idea, but there is no way to cancel. I have been charged TWICE, and can’t even see the app subscription in my settings? Even though that’s where it tells you to go to cancel. This feels super scammy, and at $20 a month- that’s not a little bit of money.

Cancelled but still charged

The app is misleading in every way. First there was a test on love languages that prompted me to take a test, results were not available unless I bought the app, so I did. The test results were not there, I had to retake the test. Then I went to cancel and had to jump through so many hoops, finally just canceling payment with my card. Sketchy, don’t buy.

Charged without notice

I took the online quiz, still don’t have results ( downloaded the app as instructed to get results)
Charged $29.99 without notice. Unable to find a way to cancel this unused service.
Lesson learned.. won’t repeat

I contacted your customer support service. Finally service was cancelled however I never received/ utilized your service and I’ve received no refund. This scam shouldn’t be supported by Apple. It’s terrible

Can not cancel

I have tried to cancel so me I joined my 7 day trial is almost up and I don’t desire to be charged for a continued subscription. The email provided is incorrect and it’s starting to give Spam vibes. I never got the email so that I was given an option to cancel someone needs to give me correct contact information immediately

DO NOT DO IT!!!

They just charge you with no way to cancel. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service and Apple service and nothing helps. We’ve been charged $20 for 3 months with it not on anyone’s device. It’s not under subscriptions to cancel and no way to find it. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Fraud Alert

I want to give them negative stars. they are the most sneaky app owners, this app keeps charging me for a subscription when i only subscribed for the trial. i made sure to cancel the subscription on my app store and yet they keep charging me every month. i have disputed the charges with my bank. Please dont use them!

They take your information and don’t allow you to cancel to cancel subscription

They asked me to reach out, I did before they even told me and was told it’ll be canceled but then a day or two later I got charged another $30. Thank you :))

$29.99 charge and not listed in my subscriptions.

I was hopeful that this would be something fun for my wife and I to do together. It really just seems like scam. They get your $29.99 and let you not auto renew. Don’t sign up for the trial. They’ll get you!

This App seems amazing…

…but $9.99 a week?! I would most likely choose this app over any other similar apps, but this one is just too cost prohibitive. although, I might be tempted by $25/lifetime.

Unauthorized charges

I downloaded this app and tried a free trial that I’m unable to cancel. The subscription does not show up on the App Store or in the app, but my credit card is getting charged $29.99/month for an app I do not use! This is unacceptable. This app should be removed from the App Store.

There is no way to see your subscription level nor renewal date. Have to email with a low quality AI response.

This app charged me twice

I cancelled by subscription well before the trial ended. I was charged $1… and a few days later charged 29.99. I will report if I’m unable to get a refund soon. This is insane for a “free” app. Mental health worse, thanks.

Scam/Unauthorized Payments!

Just like many others have stated, this App is a scam! They automatically had access to my Apple Wallet and decided to give themselves a payment of $29.99. I didn’t sign up for the free 7-day trial or anything! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a subscription that you never even made. Their support team is useless. Luckily, I was able to dispute this with Apple Support and they were able to help me. This app needs to be removed!

Will not let me cancel but continuing to charge

I canceled the subscription during the free trial period but my card keeps getting charged 19.99 monthly. I’ve made sure to check on the apple subscription page, I’ve gone into the app and deleted my account. There’s no other option to cancel so I’m not losing $20 every month. It’s not worth the risk or headache
