App not working
App hasn’t been working for the last two weeks is this an known issue is the app not working??
App Didn’t work
I downloaded this app but I am having white screen only. It says no Wi-Fi connect even though I have my home Wi-Fi connected.
Update!
The app hasn’t been updated since October 2021. Because of that, the app doesn’t have the latest clothes that have been added. It actually doesn’t work! It says the network is unavailable and I’m so mad rn bc I like their clothing and I was going to do a small shop. Please fix this! I miss Soulmia!

I’d think twice before placing an order
Placed an order for 5 shirts. 1 was the wrong color. 2 were completely different styles. Tried reaching out to them for a fix and got no response. Additionally, it took a little over 3 weeks for the order to arrive.

Not for me.
The clothes is cute but delivery is what got me. I paid for fast delivery and nothing. Their tracking system doesn’t work. I am a so disappointed.

Has yet to actually be delivered
I ordered from here and got an email saying the order has been delivered when I haven’t received anything. I don’t know what happened? I emailed them but they have yet to respond. I would give it a five star if I had received the clothes in good condition but I have yet to receive the clothes at all. I am very upset I spent lots of money on here and hope that I will receive my package soon.

Due di tessuto pessimo anche se abbastanza carine (non valevano quello che le ho pagate) e una che assolutamente diversa da come era in foto oltre ad avere una taglia è uno stile orribile. Non buttate i vostri soldi!!!
