Sorry you’re having issues! To function, Sound Atlas requires both iOS 26 AND Apple Intelligence. Make sure your iPhone model has iOS 26 minimum, is compatible with Apple Intelligence, and you’ve enabled Apple Intelligence features in settings. I hope this helps!
