Couldn’t connect to Spotify
Please investigate and fix the bug !
Can’t launch properly and doesn’t work!
Bought 2 Omni speakers but can’t connect them as the only way is to use this app. This app can’t even be launched properly! Now I have 2 speakers which I was so looking forward to using but can’t use. Cannot even Bluetooth them now.

Creative products are a sham!
The speaker (omni) was not able to connect to spotify, and the app was barebones, confusing and buggy.
Fine except setting colors
The Nova is capable of much better color output than the app would suggest. Using the presets results in great vibrant color and then you go to set your color profiles and they look washed out and completely off. To the developers: try to set orange or red using the solo color and then after you do that rethink the way we set colors in the app. I know this device is capable of putting out a deep orange, not the washed out color it gives me.

White words on black background is not for everyone
Would have been 5 stars if app includes features that allow customisation of background (black or white) and font size. Reading tiny white words on black background hurts my eyes and I'm not sure why. The songs added to playlists (created in the app) are arranged alphabetically automatically by the app. Also the albums that we play directly from the phone, there is no way to rearrange the order of songs in app through the three-lines icon at the end of song title. Wonder if the icons are working or we are missing something? Wouldn't it be nice if users could rearrange the line of order to their preference? Having said that, we do appreciate that the app displays songs found in our IP the same way the IP does it and old school tabs for easy navigation. Sorry we dislike the black background, please consider a white one.
