Is there a life story with SCB ? My son was still in grade school when i became a customer, that was when cell phones became a thing. Now he is an adult. We are in different places but still SCB still is our treasury. With SCB mobile, nothing is ever a problem be it remote deposits, transfers, loans, and all protected. It is with utmost assurance i can give our thanks. From customer we have become family.

Fast, mobile deposit is great. They added Zelle. (Yay!) So much easier to add other accounts like BofA, chase and Wells Fargo. Keep up the great work!

SCB APP ROCKS!!!
There were some difficult times this year getting the app where it’s at; but the end result made it worth the short time pain. It’s well organized, user friendly and I feel it’s really safe in this banking world of corruption and compromise. Love the app !!!
Last app wasn’t great but….
The old app was quite basic and I couldn’t pull up my account number. This new app I can but…. Biometrics never works (I have it ON), and I don’t want to type my password if I have alternative login option. I guess it keeps me from forgetting my password since I use it all the time? That isn’t why I get frustrated with the new app. It never loads all transactions. If I go out of app and sign in again it will show all transactions. It also pulls up web browser login, which why would I do web browser if I have the app? When I go out of the app and try again it works. I don’t know why it is such a task to login and get simple information. Hope these bugs are fixed. I see many customers have multiple issues as well. I love this bank I love it has an app but all banks do now and I don’t have a problem with my accounts with other banks. These issues need to be fixed. Maybe get a new app designer next go around…. That would be nice.

Less than stellar rollout
Dropped accounts, lost scheduled transfers, locked me out my account and generally a disappointment for very little benefit. Long waits for customer service because of the many problems I’m sure.
Apple Pay ?
Is Apple Pay still available on the new app?
Disappointed
I used to be able to make external transfers and had scheduled several before this software change. No external transfer tool available that I can find and my scheduled transfers were just dropped off the face of the earth. The entire transitions been poorly executed. I am seriously considering changing banks.

Wow! New app is cool.
This APP is disappointing.
This APP is disappointing. New updates never provided on time. Lack of support. And there is no accountability.
App no longer works for me
I had to reset my phone, and now the app will not let me log in. When I try log in, it says I need to enter a phone number, and then tells me phone number in use. I spent an hour on the phone with a support person, and they couldn’t fix it. It’s very frustrating not being able to use mobile banking anymore. I’ve been waiting for the new app, hoping it would solve the problem, but I’ve been waiting more than six months now.

still waiting for the big update
the app is so cheap. can’t do transfers from other bank accounts, can’t add bank accounts, can’t set up prorated payments. so lame i have to go online to do all this.
Where is this new app you keep saying that is coming?
Last year you advertised that a new app was forthcoming before the end of the year. In January you said it was just around the corner. What’s the holdup?
Worst Banking App I’ve the Displeasure of Using
I’ve used this application for two years now (both iOS and Android versions) and it is, unfortunately, the worst banking app I’ve ever used. The website is bad, but the iOS App is horrible.
Want to login to the app using the same credentials and password manager you use on your computer? Invalid username or password. Type them in manually? Invalid username or password. Utilize Face or Touch ID? Invalid username or password. Try to login 4 times and your account is locked for both the App and Website.
Want to see funds from an account you are listed on, but are not the primary account holder? Not possible. Adjust the focus while taking pictures of checks to deposit? Nope.
Great bank - but with a terrible website and mobile application.
