It's really cool to see other people resonating with the idea, I totally agree that there is "something visceral and incredibly satisfying about a still Image that is paired with sound". Having made Sound Journals many years now I can also add that they get better with time, when scrolling my camera roll I anticipate hearing the recordings as much if not more than looking at the photos.
