Keeps crashing no updates

Great app can listen to anything with easy, occasional crashes but I believe thats due to my phone being old. Only thing Id like to see added would be a cacheing or loading feature so if you play through a song you can listen after leaving a location where you have an internet connection. Overall great.

Glitch??
I really like this and use it as my main music app cuz I like to loop songs so I can sleep to them or have a playlist play while I do other stuff without it skipping songs like yt does cuz of montization issues or whatnot but I’m writing this cuz recently I noticed a glitch where it’s like the app got reset to a week ago, about 10 songs r gone from my playlist, my liked videos aren’t the recent one and the history is what I was listening to a week ago and not the last few days, I’ve also checked yt and it’s not like the videos have been taken down or anything, I even reset my phone to see if that’d fix it but it’s the same, I’m hoping this gets fixed if anyone else has the same issues.

Good!
So good and helpful but it keeps stopping whenever I keep the app open but switch to a different app 🤦🏾♂️. Is there a way to find a solution to keep playing the tunes whilst switching to different apps or like if you want to write lyrics to the beat on notes whilst listening to the beat?
Best of it kind when it works
This app allows you to play music in the background, loop music, watch the video from YouTube without adds. what really makes this app the best is that you can loop your music and if you lose service you can still listen to the looped song.
Only bad part is: 30-40% of the time when you close out your phone the app shuts down

Best music app! (until now...)
This app is within my top five most frequently used apps on my phone. I listen to music with it every day, multiple times a day, and it has been AMAZING.
Until now. Just yesterday, I put my headphones in, got on my phone, went on the SoundLoop app, opened the playlists menu, and found all my playlist thumbnails out of order. I thought ‘Oh, well that’s weird. Must be a minor glitch.’ and tried to play a song from one of my playlists. Instead it played a (probably) completely random song from either my history or another playlist. I then thought ‘Ok, that’s both annoying and a problem.’
And then the app suddenly just crashed. Now, any time I try to do anything related to playlists, the app immediately crashes, no matter if it’s just clicking on the playlist menu, or trying to add a song to one of my playlists.
If you’re an average person reading this, check the app version. If it says 2.3.7, the glitch hasn’t been fixed yet. If it says anything later than that, it might have been fixed.
If you’re one of the app developers reading this, please fix this fast!
Update: Playlist button still crashes the app in 2.3.8. Please fix!
Update: Eventually I deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it immediately fixed the issue. Had no issues for a very long time, but now for some reason it won’t play the music after I go out of the app. Still love this thing, and I’m gonna stick with it through thick and thin!

What happened to this app playing YouTube while the phone is locked?
Ever since the last update, the app hasn’t worked in the background. It’s hard to use with headphones in my pocket if you can’t shut the screen off.
Whyyy
Used to be good but now you can’t play anything without the app open. Used to be able to play stuff in the background.
Getting worse
The search crashing bug seems to be fixed but now it no longer allows music to play in the background on my phone which was a primary feature, sorry if this is simply limited my my phone rather than a bug with the app.
No longer playing music outside the app
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I have loved it. But as of a couple of days ago the app won’t play my music/video when I move off the app or lock my screen. I have tried everything I can to try and correct the issue, and I haven’t been able to fix it. It would be great if The issue was resolved since I like to read and listen to music at the same time among other things. I would gladly amend my rating of the app if the problem was fixed.

Background listening not working
Normally when I use this app, I expect the music to be able to run in the background while I do other stuff on my phone. However, since 10/26/2020 this is not working. I play a song and get out of the app.
What’s supposed to happen is that when I do this, the song I’m listening to continues playing again after a couple seconds. But since the date specified above, nothing happens. The music just stops until I get back in the app.
Can you please fix this? I see no logical reason for a great feature like that to be removed.

Unable to play in background, broken app
This app has been broken for months. First it a lot crashes and tells me it can’t search and now when I switch apps, it won’t play in the background anymore.
Used to be great
After the recent update the music won’t play in the background anymore. Used to work just fine even with the phone screen off. Please fix this!

Not working as background
It used to work so that you could lock the screen and still be able to listen to the music. It doesnt do that anymore. So it's trash.
No longer plays in background
The whole point of me using this app was that I could listen to songs while this app played in the background. It’s extremely frustrating that this app no longer does that. I have no use for this app anymore.
Doesn’t Play in Background
The new update doesn’t allow it to play in the background when you leave the app or lock your phone. That’s literally the whole point for this app
suddenly stopped working
Used to use it all the time, but now all of a sudden, whenever I try loading a video I just end up with a “Click here to watch this video on YouTube” message. Four or five stars when it’s working, one star for now since it’s literally useless.
