App bug
This is a five star app but there’s a weird bug going on. Whenever I try to get in there’s a pop up asking if I want the free trial, which is normal. But then when you try to close the free trial pop up it opens a special offer pop up but then when you close the special offer pop up it just brings you back to the free trial pop up, which if you try to close the free trial pop up it brings you to the special offer pop up so it ends up being an infinite loop with never being able to use the app. I’m not sure if the app requires pay now, but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to do this.

Offered a free trial and was charged
I opened the app was offered a free trial accepted & then went in an cancelled the subscription so I wasn’t charged I was then charged $63 for a year?!! Don’t have any money nvm a sound machine app ?!!!

I downloaded this app to help sleep but in order to use it,it asks that I pay a $59.99 subscription fee for a year that’s almost $4,000 to pay just to have sound to help with my anxiety in the night, overall the app is good just don’t want to pay that much for noise
Crashing lately
I can’t open this app and when I do try to open it crashes and closes the app so there needs to be a update to where it doesn’t crash thank you
Many options
I’ve followed the makers of this app from Pzizz to Soundly through this app, and I’ve always been pleased with what they do. This app seems like their pinnacle – many of their best focus songs with many more besides as well as stories and sounds while allowing you to combine in any measure. I’ve been using these apps for years and would never want to try anything else.

Can’t use without signing up for a subscription trial

When I first downloaded this app I loved it there are so many sounds, but then it turned out that it was a free trial. But when I thought all hope was lost I found a loophole basically it still lets you play your mixes just you can’t use the app anymore. I’m not going to explicitly say how because I’m not taking the risk of them fixing it but some hints are

No longer opens after update
After the update 6 days ago the app will no longer open after I log in. Have tried reinstalling it with no luck. Just sits at the opening screen that matches the app icon and does nothing. Shame I have been using the app for years and have cancelled my subscription. If they ever fix it, I will resume use.

Great when it works!
Great app when I used it. I loved that I could set a timer. But was only able to get it to work once. Now it won’t load the app at all when I try to open it. I’ve tried everything to get it to work. Will have to unfortunately delete the app now, which is a bummer, because I really enjoyed it.

you have to pay for the entire thing after 7 days, didn’t say that anywhere that you had the 7 day trial already except for hidden way in the app descriptions , after looking at other reviews i was very upset as this was the only free white noise app that had niche sounds, until i found out it WASNT free, wasted my time and even recommended it to others, don’t get this unless you can afford 5 dollars a week for sounds you can get on youtube for free. fix your app, or at least add advertising banners so you still get your precious 5 dollars a week without bothering people, sincerely a very angry autistic person who needs white noise to sleep.

Trial period - beware!!!
If you do the trial period for 3 days and don’t cancel it 24 hours BEFORE the 3rd day, you’ll be charged and they WILL NOT refund your money. So I lost $60 on this crappy app!! All I wanted was brown noise and my iPhone has it for free under “hearing”!!!
Don’t get if not willing to pay
I struggle to sleep on the daily and I absolutely loved this app. Used it every night for a couple of days just to find out I have to pay to continue using it. Annoying. Disappointed. Upset. I struggle badly with anxiety and insomnia and this is the only thing that’s helped me to sleep but now I can’t use it anymore

Could have been good, but forces you to purchase after a day.
Could’ve been a good app had good sounds but forcing me to purchase something like this when there’s so many other free options is ridiculous. Include ad banners at the bottom of the screen and have a purchase option to get rid of it. Don’t force me to purchase after two days of using this app. It’s a little bit ridiculous and if you’re a good developer, I think you should be able to figure out why that’s kind of stupid. Hope your IQ gets higher at some point. Thank you!

Nice app, but outrageously expensive after free trial
Works well, looks nice, and I would have happily paid $5-$8 once for its features. But $60/year, forever? I guess some people have money to throw away… I don’t.
Don’t bother
$10 per month subscription required. Will let you use for free a few times then forces you to pay. I’ll buy a real noise machine instead and pay $10 once. Terrible app.
Not bad
There are lots of good things about Sound Machine. They have tons of sounds, stories and other helpful ways to relax. There are, however, two issues that need to be addressed.
1)the sound clip loops are too short. They should be at least long enough that your clients don’t notice them repeat. Make them at least 10 minutes in length before you loop to the beginning again.
2) after deleting and then adding back the app, every time i try to scroll through my favorites, the app crashes. So i can only access the few favorites that i can actually see on my screen.
Also, please continue to add new content and include visual effects.
