Sound Memo is a fresh twist on the classic pairs game — instead of matching pictures, you match pairs by listening to spoken words. How it works: Tap a card to hear a word spoken aloud. Then find the card that says the same. Clear the board to finish the game and earn up to 3 stars. 3 game modes: • Speech only — the classic Sound Memo experience. Listen carefully and rely on your ears alone. • Image only — cards reveal a picture when flipped. A visual memory challenge. • Speech + Image — hear the word and see the picture. Great for learning vocabulary. Choose your board: Play with 6, 8 or 12 pairs. A small board suits younger children and a quick round; the full 4×6 board is the real test. 4 languages, 48 card sets: Play in English, German, French or Spanish. Each language brings 12 card sets across different categories, spoken by a native voice. Choose between official and everyday pronunciation, and between a male and a female voice. Learning mode: Turn on a second language and every pair combines the two — the German card and the English one, the picture and the word. Vocabulary practice that feels like a game, because it is one. A new board every day: The daily challenge deals the same board to everyone playing that language that day. Finish it to keep your streak going. Practice what you keep missing: Sound Memo quietly notices which words you get wrong and builds a practice deck from them, hardest first. The words you already know stay out of your way. Play together: Pass one device back and forth in two-player mode. A match keeps your turn, a miss hands it over. Track your progress: Games played, average moves, accuracy, star ratings and per-set leaderboards. Game Center adds worldwide leaderboards and achievements.
