Can’t restore previous purchase

I purchased the premium version of this app a while back. Then I went to pull it up and it didn’t work so I went to the App Store and found this. It’s the same exact app. No difference whatsoever. But it won’t let me restore my purchase of the former app. So I’d have to pay for it again. I don’t reward bad behavior. It’s the same exact app. Literally nothing different.

Amo esse aplicativo uso a bastante tempo,porem sem pagar … agora resolvi pagar 16,90 pra ter mais tempo liberado pro bebe dormir melhor,paguei e nao liberaram os minutos ,estou chateada , tentei cancelar com o banco mas nada ainda o aplicativo é todo em ingles , me deem um retorno. HEELP
