What happened?
This had potential, all it needed was auv3 support and time/pitch stretch and it would have been awesome. What happened?
Response from developer
Hi, thanks for your reaction! Everything is coming soon.
This could be 5 stars. Bro you gotta keep developing this, could be EPIC
Here are some things I personally think would help this become a staple for the iOS music production scene:
-add a simple attack and release envelope for each pad. so we can do a quick fade in or out very subtle, or a long one. and this would remove clicks and pops from when the sample chop doesnt line up PERFECTLY with the melody and you play multiple pads, you sometimes hear little pops and clicks from the sample, a simple attack and release for each pad would fix this.
-give us more than one octave in piano key mode. instead of changing the sample pitch for each key you press, keep the sample the same length of time for each key, but change the semitone only. This would require timestretch which with AudioKit's new Swift code update is probably relatively easier than im sure it used to be. (i assume you use xcode? have you seen AudioKitPro's new updates for swift and xcode?)
-save the pitch slider as just that, a pitch slider. low pitch, slower sample. high pitch, faster sample. so with the piano keys the sample TIME stays the same (meaning its gonna have to be able to timestretch) and the semitones change according to the keys, the pitch slider effects both pitch and time.
-being able to "save" or "lock" a couple sample chops to a couple pads, and then uploading a NEW sample (but not on the pads you locked, they still play the first sample) then you can edit the new sample, and if you want "lock" another pad, and keep adding more chops from completely different samples until you have a collection of chops that you like.
-let us play multiple pads at a time, or play in poly. so we can play a long sample chop thats locked on one pad in a loop, while we play other chops at the same time while they play together.
-also with the same sample chop (same pad) in piano mode, on top of letting us change octave, let us play poly there too.
-see if you can work with beatmaker3, koala, or EG pulse and export directly into a new bm3 bank, koala project, or EG pulse kit. this on top of being able to export the patterns and export each individual chop from each pad as WAV so we can put them anywhere.
***maybe this is already possible i havent really dug deep into the pattern sequencer. but if we could play them like a launchpad, and in each pattern saved there could be not only a different arrangement of sample chops of the same sample, but also different pattern squares in the sequencer having different samples altogether.. also being able to make each box in the sequencer a different amount of bars. so you are looping one box that is 4 bars and then you can launch another clip on top of that one that is only 1 bar and that one loops. then you have a box that is just a one-shot and doesnt loop but you can play it while the other clips are looping.
hope this all makes sense. if you spent time updating this it could be an AMAZING app

Sweet.
I opened this today and love it as much as I did when I first purchase it. One request other than Auv3, can we add Link support please? Come on dev let’s do this.
Response from developer
Thanks for your review! It's in progress.
This thing is so good...
I almost forgot how good, just rediscovered it today and I love it even more than I did to begin with!
Can this...
... have the keyboard mapped to have more than one play section at one time?
Sorry, found it could. Great app😐!

Hi! nice idea, i will add that.

This app was instant gratification! I’m happy with the purchase and have high hopes for future development for my small investment. thanks for making it!

Thanks for your feedback i'm happy! Be prepared for the next version.
Intriguing beginnings
Love Zillidrone, look forward to the direction this takes.
Import from AudioPaste app is broken.

HI! thanks for your feedback! I'm happy that you like Zilly. It will take a lot of time to update it due the very complex UI, but it in progress. Have no idea what's wrong with AudoPaste, it is very simple protocol and works on my devices.
Great generative music experience
Great app! It’s fun to generate sounds, play with patterns and dive into composing mind blowing loops and even tracks you have no chance to create in other apps. It seems that app inherits lots of great ideas and findings from another app of this developer Zillidrone (I often use it for several years now as a drum machine and melodic pattern generator).

Thanks for your feedback! i'll fix that.
Excellent
Easy, Fun and tastes like chicken mmmm!
👍Good Job Andrey :)
P.S. - a "sequencer mix" export would be a good feature...

thanks! will add that soon.
Seems to be a good start
But can we please have auv3 or at least audio us and IAA support. Also core midi support. It's a must

Thanks for you feedback! The app is in progress.
Great, so close to brilliant it’s frustrating!
Can this app create the things I have in my head? .. in a word, no. Can this app create things I couldn’t possibly imagine? Definitely! It’s great fun and very capable of some very interesting and original results. However, it would become something very special if connectivity was added. Adding a little more deliberate action on top of its spontaneous fun. My main criticism or perhaps it’s a confusion on my part, is that it appears I can’t play a different sample at the same point in the sequencer. Maybe this ties in with my other confusion, that on my iPad it’s called Sample wave but on the App Store it’s called Sample weaver? Here’s to the future! Please update, its truly worth it!

Fun app, hope it will connect!
[Edit 22 Feb 20] Now payment issue is resolved (thank you!), this is a fun intuitive app, as a stand-alone. Eagerly awaiting connectivity via e.g. AUv3, Audiobus, etc. Other than that, nice work dev(s). :)

Do I truly have to pay another £2.99 IAP after paying it already up front? Really? Since your "App Support" link only goes to a YouTube channel & the app itself has no feedback info (see what I did there), this is my effort to get help. Please unlock my app or refund me. Thank you.
