When I open the app it keeps saying something went wrong and i don’t know how to fix it or make the app work.
Cannot connect to computer
for some reason i cannot connect my soundboard to my desktop it keeps saying pairing failed

Hi, sorry for the trouble! Keep in mind remote sessions are still in beta, so the occasional hiccup is expected. A few things that usually fix pairing: - Generate a fresh pairing code on the desktop app and scan it again. Codes expire after a short time. - Make sure the desktop app is open and connected to the internet when you scan. - Check that the phone and desktop are signed into the same account. - If it still fails, try restarting both apps and pairing once more. If none of that works, email us at onlinesoundboard@gmail.com with your username and we'll dig in.
