Doesn’t work
It will not let me add any sounds. I keep on pressing the add button but nothing happens. The tutorial was a big help…. OH WAIT, there is none so I have absolutely no idea as to what I’m doing.
This program is glitching out.
I have used this program for quite a few years now and it always worked great but you guys did some kind of an update to it and now it’s glitching all the time it doesn’t see the files. I have to shut the program down and start it over constantly. There’s a little volume slider on the right side that is totally unnecessary I wish you would’ve left the program alone. It was better before. Please fix it. It’s not the device. I’m using it on. I use it on an iPad. I use it on an iPhone and other musicians that I know are struggling with it too. Please fix it. Can’t Use Across Apple Products
App is solid, but frustrating to purchase a subscription and not be able to use it with the same Apple ID but on a different device. I purchased the app on an iPad, and can download it on my iPhone. But it only shows the “free” version on the iPhone. I understand not being able to have the music move over since files are kept on the device itself, but don’t understand why my subscription won’t still apply.
UPDATE - thanks to customer support, I was able to add the app subscription between the iPad and iPhone. If you open the “Studio Pro” upgrade screen, there will eventually be a “restore purchases” in there. It’s small type, but it’s there, and shows the subscription on both devices now. Thanks!

Very nice
I like this app. Not only can you play a pad in the key of a song, you can play more than one to make a chord. It can also be set to fad from one pad to another with no dead air.
Just a wish but I would like the app to play when closed on the Lite version. I also use a set list app for chord charts. I can only use the iPad for one app or the other, not both. I am a volunteer church musician and I can’t justify buying the Pro version for how much I’ll use it. This app is being recommended by some worship music YouTube videos.

Audio delay and no support
I have been dealing with a very annoying issue where audio has a small delay after you press play. This causes track automation to have a jarring pause when attempting to stitch tracks together.
I have tried to reach support for two years and have never received a reply. I am just done with this app, it is so frustrating.

Pretty Cool 👍
This is a very cool app! It's very easy to find things. Though, I accidentally hid it, and now I can't get it back to see, so now every time I use it I have to open it with Apple Store app But anyway, I would like for you to add a feature where if you tap the sound again while you're playing it, it would stop, play while it's already playing, or pause. This is a very good app, and I highly recommend it.

Only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that I NEED a widget for my Home Screen
Clumsy new “Upgrade”
This new version in the last couple of weeks has screwed up the visual interface/formatting now so that the pads themselves aren’t even visible, and are obscured beneath the top menu bar. This is only fixed by turning the iPad back and forth to make it rotate and “reload” the screen.
And even once you do that, if you toggle to another app and come back, it’s back to being wrong again. This has made this app almost unusable for live situations now, where I can’t be constantly picking up and turning the iPad like an etch a sketch before every track.

Update
The latest update has some good new features. However, there is a major bug we’ve noticed, i.e. when the app is closed then reopened, it requires a restart of our device. Very frustrating and time consuming between our sets.
Update Not Good
Our regional group has used this in our events for years now and it’s been great but the update is not good. My app keeps crashing and I can’t move songs around to new boards without the app completely crashing. We have an event in 3 hours and we are scrambling to find something to use. Please fix these issues!

The gaps between the pads are gone, and the option to remove the master volume fader is greatly appreciated. It feels awesome again!
There are still a couple of issues that I think need attention:
* Pad borders remain highlighted after playback ends. If I trigger several sounds or songs in any order, the colored borders (purple, for example) stay lit even after those tracks have stopped playing. This makes it difficult to tell which sounds are actually active. The only way to clear the borders is to scroll the board, or swipe to another board and then come back. It feels buggy and less stable than the original version.
* A white border appears around a pad for no apparent reason. Even when no sound is playing, one pad will sometimes remain outlined in white. The border can also persist after switching to another board and back. This is also confusing because it suggests that the pad is selected or active when it isn’t.
I genuinely think this is the best soundboard app on the market, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you for continuing to improve it, and keep up the great work!

Newest Update is Glitchy.
I’ve been using this soundboard for four years, and after an update last week, it’s been glitchy ever since. There’s now an unwanted Master volume control at the lower right corner that I can’t remove. Additionally, when I switch between sound banks, the songs from one bank transfer to the other. It’s become so frustrating that there’s a text at the top that says “board total” followed by unnecessary board information. I’m reluctantly canceling my subscription and looking for a new soundboard.

Extremely Confusing (and just bad) App Design
I open the app for the first time. What am I even looking at? “Well, didn’t the app tell you (aka give you a tutorial?” NO! Absolutely no tutorial. There *might* be one in the settings, but NOBODY should have to go *out of their way* to get a TUTORIAL of all things.
Then, the app is just extremely confusing. I pressed a button. Apparently one to delete “pads”… which I didn’t have. And it didn’t have ANY way to close out of it! I had to restart my app each time just to escape. There’s no names for the icons, so you’re left gambling what each one will do because you have to figure it out yourself.
There’s absolutely ZERO organization to the settings. Even so, the descriptions they DID provide for select few toggles made no sense anyway!
I figured out how to import my audio, and then I did. It… worked! Quite easily, actually. You press it, and it simply plays. I enjoyed that part!… …but they somehow managed to screw THIS up, too. Every time you tap one of your sounds to play, it makes your whole screen… bounce. (Yes, your screen wobbles up and down with each tap.) Then, it makes your screen scroll down, hiding your sounds out of your tapping reach. “Well, why not just scroll back up so you can reach/tap them again?” Because… you can’t. There’s no way to scroll back up to get your sounds back on your screen.
At the end of the day, the app works, but there’s so many glitches/bad features and confusing functions that it’s more of a hassle than a help to use.
I wouldn’t recommend this app; don’t waste your time.

Had Loved This App
I had been using this app for a few years now, and loved it’s layout and features (even upgraded to pro), but a recent update has left me quite upset. The interface was redesigned which adds unnecessary space between the buttons and make it impossible to use in landscape mode now, but also added a volume slider which obstructs buttons and cannot be moved or disabled. I wish developers would place more consideration on decisions to redesign a perfectly functional UI.

The old Interface was awesome and now is not. :(
The old User Interface was perfect, but now is just weird. The pads are smaller with a big gap in the center, now there is a “master volume fader” always in the way at the bottom right. I don’t know, In my opinion, this is not an UI improvement.
Actually, the interface you are advertising in the App Store demo photos is not what we get.
I love this app, I own the forever Pro version and use it mostly on my iPhone 17 Pro. But I truly think we need bigger pads and less unused space.
I appreciate the fast response with the hot fix 2.6.4, now the app opens fine and all my data still there.

The standard is perfect, except for the big gap between the two columns.
-Regarding the Master slider, setting it to 0% just turn the volume down, It doesn’t get rid of the slider.
-Also, the pads borders now stay lit even when the track is not playing anymore, it’s very confusing. We have to move to another board and go back to clear it.
Maybe you are still making changes and tweaking things on the new version, but is it there a way to roll back to the previous working version until things are more stable?
