The recent update has added many great, long expected features such as mute groups and a USER profile to easily sort your channels for use (on client side so each device can have different profiles). The only thing that would make the USER profile better is the ability to deselect “contrib” while in USER so as to return to the main inputs but remain sorted by the USER tab. As of right now the only way to deselect the “contrib” button is to click any other button on the bottom of the screen which also deselects the USER tab. Please update this so that the flow is easier to go from Contrib to Main in the USER tab

Very happy
No issues with current version. I own a SoundCraft Si expression 2 mixing console and iPad Pro. The app connects through a cheap modem I bought from Walmart. All physical functions from the console can be accessed remotely through the app. Extremely convenient to be able to wander around and check levels of either front of house or stage monitoring.

Practically useless…
I use my iPad to control a variety of soundboards and Soundcraft is by far the worst. I have almost nothing nice to say about this app; it loses connection constantly and can’t reconnect unless I reboot the board. Sometimes I can see the meters move but nothing else is functioning. I have a 3rd-party app that works better than this one. On a scale of 1 to 10, it’s a 1.

Needs Update
The app was working great until the new apple update. It shows only one part of the screen and doesn’t work. Please update
Need to upgrade feature
You guys need to work on upgrading the features of this app to be compatible with any new iPad and also to work with more of the features that’s on the hardware a mixer itself be worked through this app as well then told me and free of the hardware mixer
Fader reorder
My issue is. If i have piano on socket/fader 3 and singer on socket/fader 4, and I decide to remove piano from socket/fader 3, and put singer into socket/fader 3, then when I copy/paste fader 4 to fader 3 the app will see that the piano is gone but it still thinks singer is on fader 4. So when I adjust volume on fader 3 on the app It actually adjust fader 4 on the console. In other words I removed the piano mic from the socket. I then moved the singer mic over to socket/fader 3 on the console, yet the app still shows and operates socket/fader 4 and the mic had been removed from socket 4. We need mute groups and solo. How about a good walkthrough video on how to use the features of this app for those that are learning this for their church for example?

Stop functioning because of latest iOS update of 14.4. Please update app ASAP. Prior to the latest update worked great without failure!
Version 3.5.6 works for me
Been using the latest version with our Si Impact for a few months now and have only had one or two freeze-ups. The console and app is used twice on Sundays for over an hour each service and every Wednesday for over an hour. Running’s 3 iPads simultaneously. 1 front of house and two on sub mixes.
Inconsistent
App needs to be updated to help access FX and many other features. Has been very inconsistent.
Does NOT Work, and Harman DOESN’T CARE
The app won’t connect, even though I can ping the sound board from the iPad. And forget about getting any support from Harman - they ignore their customers after the sale. When we had a board failure, I chased them for about four months just to get WARRANTY support. STAY AWAY FROM SOUNDCRAFT.
Meters frozen
When the meters aren’t frozen, I really like this app. The SI Impact is my first digital console so I can’t compare to anything. Currently, all the meters are frozen. I have tried resetting WiFi, reinstalling app, reassigning new HiQnet address,and even replaced my iPad. Nothing seems to work. Meters still frozen. Useless.

App Now Crashes
It’s been a year since this app was updated. Came into church this morning to run sound and now the app will not open. Even tried completely resetting the iPad and reinstalling ViSiRemote and it still crashes.
Before the issue of crashing I learned a valuable lesson, never trust this app! I discovered that if you use mute groups you can not unmute any channels that have been muted at the board. What’s worse is you may not even realize the channels are muted since the app shows a channel being on and green.

Missing Features
We use in a church setup that is based around the CUE List. Unfortunately, this app does not include a CUE capability.
It has worked nicely for EQ and mix contrib around the building.

Freezes
About 10 minutes into using app. All meters freeze, resetting router and app do nothing. Very frustrating.
