Unreasonable
This app used to be called HOUND. Now it has massively changed and is unreasonable and ridiculous. You have to pay to use it when all of the better assistants out there are free?!?! This app is horrid and unreasonable. If you think I’m over reacting, download it for yourself. 😐😐😐

Royston, GA Information
This app would be much better if it used current data. I asked several questions about Royston GA, but the feedback was from old data. We have had a Food Lion grocery store in Royston for several years, but this app knew nothing about it. It told me it does not exist. I can google it and it is up to date. So far this app only uses out of date information.

Please return option to turn OFF a song playing!
Please return the option of turning a song off when I want to have SoundHound identify a new song playing on the radio. It used to be an X at the top left corner, but now that option seems to no longer exist! I can’t save a new song playing if the previous song is still playing!

This AI technology is way better than any other one. Usualy I got a hard time with my Google assistant or Alexa, but with this App they always recognize my voice and always have the right recommendation! :) Thank you SoundHound!

when this app was called HOUND it was so much better no fees no long winded responses it was just better. It was sad that it changed I used to use it day to day until it updated. I cannot use it now. 😢
Fraudulent
This app does not work in the way advertised or at all. It just returns generic Yelp information. They charge £19.99 GBP/year. I contacted their team who replied “results may vary by location.” I live in central London, so if it is not working here it’s not working anywhere. They provide a refund? NO. Avoid this app - it’s a scam - simply riding the on AI wave with a few influencers on board. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell this non functional app on the App Store. Rubbish. Avoid
