Worst experience on an app game
Possibly the worst support and customer service team ever. They call you a liar when you contact them with issues. They lie themselves about support and help.
The app itself has way too many performance issues making it unplayable at times. The longer you play and more songs collected the worst the app performs.
The prices for pay ins are too high for what you gain. Even if you do pay in to the game in any form the support team treats you like garbage. They don’t know how to treat customers.
The community of players keep leaving the game and continue to do so due to lack of respect from support. As they should.
Anyone still playing the game (not many) should move on and anyone thinking of starting should be warned. Don’t do it!!

Terrible app terrible customer service
Absolute poor quality app which crashes constantly and doesn’t operate at a level any app should run in 2026. The customer service is terrible and they treat long term paying players like thief’s and trash. I recommend staying far away from this game. Although the community of players are fun the actual app and developers of and behind the scenes are terrible.
