App not updated, cant launch to sync watch
Watch worked well but not the app
I have been using this smartwatch. It does all the stuff that I was looking for it to do UNTIL this APP stopped working. The APP just quit. I have deleted the APP and tried reinstalling it but the new install seems to be dead. It doesn’t do anything when I click on it. I have tried setting up a brand new account on three different devices but it doesn’t send a verification code to complete the registration. Without the APP, the time on the smartwatch doesn’t reset. So now I have a fitness wristband that tells the wrong time.

It’s really hard to agree to their terms because you gotta go on a whole journey to find the agreement box and check it, I still haven’t even found it yet😭

There’s some pretty unacceptable bugs from the get go which make it pretty obvious that this app had some very minimal QA for English speaking users…

ある日突然接続エラーで読め込まず、スマートウォッチがただのゴミとかしました。

Que puedo hacer si me saca desde mi phone
Pretty ordinary app.
My main gripe is the app doesn’t store information consistently. You sync it with watch, steps etc appear on the screen, then when you look at it the next day, there is usually nothing there. Very frustrating.
星一つもあげたくないサポート連中
全く無能な時計。サポートは中国人なのか全くこちらのことを理解してくれず。まず古めのAndroidはやめておいた方がいいです。イケると表示されていても無理でした。この時点でサポート連中意味なしでした。ケータイ変えてなんとか登録したのち、暫くはちゃんと作動していたのですが上にも記されているようにサイクリング機能はダメで、今度はBluetoothがおかしくなりアプリを一時止めて再度登録しようにも、初めのQRコードのまま動かず。こんな出来の悪い時計買うんじゃなかったとほんとに後悔しかない

En general está bien. A veces no sincroniza y hay que reiniciarla hasta que lo haga y/o no logra conectarse. Podría mejorar y tener más op oposiciones de esferas especialmente para las esferas personalizadas.
バッテリーが…
機能は値段を考えると十分に揃っていますが、他の方が書いているようにバッテリーがかなり消費されている気がします。バッテリーの消耗が軽減されると完璧です。
Room for improvement.
I like the app a lot. I get that there’s is limitations on what can be done on there but I think new think should be added at least monthly. (Ex. Using lbs instead of kgs, using Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, new watch faces and more additional features). Never forget to add new features to your products.

位置情報がおかしい
サイクリングデータを録ろうとしたが
スマートウォッチ側からは出来ず。
「まずSOUNDPEATS Fun APPに接続して、APPのサイクリングを起動してください。」
と表示されるが、検索してもそんなアプリは無い。
スマホ側からスタートとストップを押す。
全然違う場所からスタートして全然違う場所に到着する。海の上を走ってるし。データとして全く使えない。なんとかして欲しい。

エラーが多すぎます
スマートウォッチを接続するのにLINEを「その他のアプリ」と認識して、他のアプリとまとめて通知されるので不便極まりないです。なんのためにLINE専用で通知のON・OFFスイッチがあるか分かりません。
今もインターネット接続エラーが出てアプリが使えません
