I can enjoy radio broadcast from my country and so many countries around the world. Works pretty good and if you have internet it won’t stop often.

I have anxiety and never thought meditation would help me that much after trying it a few times. I got the premium version of this app, and it has helped me so much. It is not just breathing exercises. There are mental health check ins, wisdom insights, and even thoughtful movements you can do. It feels like a bit of on demand therapy to me. I especially love the background sounds in the meditations. Much better than other apps.
