Upload own media
To me the app is not that valuable if I can’t upload my own video so that I could put Soundstripe music behind it and the download the whole project. Having to download to some other cloud service like Dropbox and then use another app to make the video AFTER downloading Soundstripe song is crazy z too many steps and tok much time

So buggy
I play playlists in the car to help me choose music. I listen for a few minutes and app becomes unresponsive almost every time. Or I’ll quit the app and it keeps playing in the background till I open it again. Please fix.
CRASHES A LOT
Every time I open it I have to force close it and reopen after just a few minutes because it freezes
FRUSTRATING FREEZING
As much as I like the convenience of the app, it freezes, lags and you can’t do anything but close the app and restart countless times in a few.

Great catalog of music
I really like the Soundstripe platform. Has a great mix of genres including tons of songs with vocals. This platform was a great addition to my. 24/7 live streaming aquarium. The app is ok on my iPhone 12pro. It does lock up from time to time and I’ll force close for it to work again. Usually locks up when flipping through songs quickly.

No Ladscape orientation??
Using this in an editing workflow is a little bit awkward. If I’m using da Vinci resolve or Final Cut on my iPad and I’m looking for music I have to detach it from my keyboard in order to look for music on Soundstripe app… please give us landscape orientation… then it will be five stars.

C’mon guys…VERY glitchy. Basic stuff
The screen just blacks out and freezes so I have to close the app and restart just for it to black out again. How is this not fixed yet?
No customer service/ Can’t hear music
I’ve had the app for a few months now. At first it was great. Recently, I haven’t been able to hear any of the music while I browse the app. Since I can’t hear anything I can’t select music for my content and it’s really holding things up for me. I sent 3 emails and nobody responded. There’s no other way to get ahold of anyone. I paid for a yearly subscription so I guess they just don’t care. With all the other options out there, I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Love this app!
This app is worth it if you want to take your content to higher level. There is something for every creation, and then some. The music is world-class. Get it.
Doesn’t work 80% of the time
I have songs saved in my favorites and 80% of the time I play them it’ll be totally silent. It’ll say it’s playing but no sound comes out. Using headphones, speakers, or my phone as the output doesn’t fix it. Really frustrating. Even force-quitting the app doesn’t fix it.
Nice app - Needs work
App would be much better if it didn’t automatically make you flip the iPad vertical every time. Typically edits are done with the iPad in the horizontal position, it is inconvenient to have to flip it to vertical every time I use the sound stripe app. Also would be great to have sound effects on the app, not just songs. SoundStripe, please take these suggestions into consideration!

Free isn’t free
Hidden fee and expensive price only discovered after downloading, signing up, and finding the song I want. Hiding the end game is nefarious, frustrating, and 100% unreasonable.
App is useless on iPad
I will not use an app that doesn’t work in landscape. Update to landscape capabilities and I will re-rate, till then just useless in my workspace.

This is the first free music download app that I found and It’s literally perfect for adverts, YouTube, etc. If your looking for royalty free music, get this app! Completely free to make a account and download songs!
