Soundtrails rocks

Fabulous audio walks, brilliant production.

Bingara Soundtrail

You might drive through the small town of Bingara and not give it a second thought. But spend an hour doing the Soundtrail and you realise the place is full stories – of families torn apart by war, of showbiz dreams gone awry, of community rallying to help a family in need … The quiet streets come alive! Thoroughly recommended.

Getting the inside track on a place

Great to see this latest version of Soundtrails. We’ve all done it in our travels. You drive into a place and stop for petrol or a coffee or walk around the shops and then leave without the faintest idea of where you have just been. Soundtrails lets you get inside a place to hear stories that matter to local people and get a taste of what the place means to them. These Soundtrail brings the place to life in an audio tour that paints a portrait of where you are. We took Soundtrails in towns around New England and at the Myall Creek Memorial Site. The trails were moving, interesting, engaging and fun. While I haven’t used the updated version as yet it can only to the enjoyment of Soundtrails.

Manifestly Magnificent Soundtrails App

This app is simply magnificent. It is probably in its 3 generation now and it’s capability keeps getting stronger, more stable and more accurate. It is the driver that takes the superbly produced stories of rural Australia to the streets where the story and place come together. Well done Soundtrails.
