Good but buggy
It’s a good app, that’s a no brainer - you don’t have to pay for millions of subscriptions and there is a loops and packs.
But the reason it’s only 3* is because how buggy the app is. When i’m making music the screen will just go grey and i have to restart the app. Then when it restarts it will just zoom in to the max and i have to zoom all the way back out to where i had it. Sometimes i just open the loop screen and close it just to make the timeline mini. And it just repeats until i shut down and reopen the app. Not to mention if i turn my phone off or switch apps, when i go back the audio refuses to play.
Not to mention, if i finish the product on my phone, it refuses to finish mixing unless i make an edit on my Chromebook.

Soundtrap I COMMAND YOU TO GO TO THE OLD UI UPDATE I FORCED YOU TO I WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND YOU DIDN’T HELP YOU MADE IT WORSE FINE DO THE BUG FIX JUST GO BACK TO THE OLD YOU WANT AND IF YOU REALLY DON’T WANT TO CAN YOU PLEASE AT LEAST MAKE AN OPTION IN THE SETTINGS WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE NEW UI OR OLD UI

I used Soundtrap in the past and it was great. I recently tried to subscribe to their production and vocals subscription and it’s taken the money but not activated the subscription! Absolute scam of an app. DONT USE!!!!
Too buggy :/
I’d love to use it but every time I try to record a sample it crashes, sometimes deleted my whole song
Horrible.
Worked perfectly fine for a good few uses than afterwards it didn’t let me import my music to work on, multiple glitches as it overlayed my voice with files I repeatedly deleted. Storage is horrible, Bandlab which isn’t that good is much better than this app.
Not best on iPhone
Good on my laptop but on the phone it’s useless because it keeps shutting down and I need to be able to create from my phone so disappointing in that aspect and it doesn’t need an upgrade so I don’t know what the issue is.

Easy to use on a mobile device
Okay, this app is a whole lot easier to use on a phone. Edited/placing the notes is a breeze. Another feature I found super useful was the ability to undo and redo your actions.

So I’ve been a music producer for over two years and this app really helped grow my experience and love plus knowledge for music. I really love it. Except for the fact that I can’t purchase the plan in app. Basically i purchased it online in google and it is not going thru to my actual app, i payed 16$ so 4 stars max!

Amazing app
It’s great for producing. Been making music 5 years, this app is pretty easy to navigate and create with. Just PLEASE add the ability for me to make patters out of my imported sounds.
literally the most insufferable app ever
as much as i like soundtrap, using this app is genuinely the msot frustrating thing you could ever do. if you even think about using the app for more than 10 minutes then the app just stops. also while you're in the studio it can just randomly shift everything to the side or zoom in and make some stuff completely inaccessible. this is also really difficult to reverse normally and you have to reload the entire app or leave and go back into your project. i will give this 3 stars just because of the fact that i like soundtrap, but if you're gonna use it on mobile then just use the website. please improve this god forsaken app

A failure of cataclysmic proportions
I used soundtrap as my main music program for a while, while I was in school. I loved using it, and it was my favorite music app of the options given to me.
Fast forward a while, and it’s summer. My computer is currently disconnected until my new desk is set up, and my school computer has been confiscated by the school for summer repairs. I decide I’ll download the mobile app, hoping for an app as fun to use as the computer version. Instead, I’m met with paywalls, completely different UI, and I can’t even look p any tutorials because all of them are for the computer version. I try and fail constantly for 30 minutes straight, until I accept that this was a failure. Do not download this app, it’s is horrendous. I wish someone would just make an actually good mobile music composing app for once, instead of the single worst mobile port I have ever seen. Do not use this app.

This app WAS great.
Since the new update, I cannot simply tap the preview button, it takes me to the creation page. I do not want that. I simply want to preview what I’ve made. Please fix.
Perfectly Named
Purposefully can’t cancel subscription in the app for retention, app did nothing that I needed, I literally forgot about the trial & now am on the hook for another month for an absolutely useless app to me
Need my money back
Took $20 from me for the subscription without notifying me that I had to pay eventually, used the app once and forgot to cancel the subscription and delete the app, ruined my day. I want a refund if possible.

I signed in and it immediately says there’s an error and signs me right back out

The app constantly crashes and when also playing certain loops it either does not play any sound or the app crashes completely.
