Reviews not saving?
I’ve tried to write a few reviews now and they aren’t showing up, I hit save and it’s nowhere to be found. Only a few coffee shops near me that are on the app even though there are more coffee shops that are good if not better than what is already there. There is only a log out option and NO way to delete account!? No customer support button that see!? No way to contact app to delete account! ?

It’s GREAT…but a few issues.
So the app is awesome! I love the concept of only highlighting speciality coffee shops. However, it does have its downfall.
It doesn’t seems like the review tab is fully functioning. I have left 4 reviews at four different coffee shops and somehow, they are no where to be found.
Also, I’ve submitted various coffee shops worthy of this specialty coffee house list and have also mentioned to my fellow coffee connoisseurs to do the same. But it’s been about two months and no feedback or addition of new coffee shops.
Lastly, sometimes coffee information is misleading. For example, I have found that a few coffee shops in which the addresses stated is wrong.
These small issues are definitely not a deal breaker at all. In fact, I want to continue to see this company grow and expand its work. I appreciate the vibe they are trying to capture with Source.

Great idea, poor execution
The app is full of bugs and usability issues. From gestures and animations that feel completely wrong, buttons that do nothing, lack of zoom in the map, etc.
Such a great tool!
I don’t use it often, but anytime I’m traveling it always succeeds at finding me a great coffee spot!

Fantastic little shop in a small town .
Beans are sourced from Joe Beans in Rochester NY, and offerings rotate monthly.
They offer Drip, pour over, espresso, lates, and cold brew. They offer house made pastries from the in house bakery, that complement the drinks.
I have had excellent pour overs, and americanos with good consistent pulls. If your out for a drive in upstate NY, and want a cup of coffee that would be at home in a bigger city then this is a perfect stop.

So much wrong
There’s so much wrong with this all. First off punch to zoom in the map doesn’t work. Also there’s many great shops missing from the database and no apparent way to add any new shops.
Great App!
I love this app! It’s great to find new specialty shops when I’m visiting other places! My only question is: why can’t I see reviews of shops that others have posted?
Crashing
App hasn’t been the same since ios16, app crashes, when it does open it doesn’t show any shops around your location. I hope the developers are working om fixing this. I really enjoyed using this app when it was working properly
iOS 16 woes
App instantly crashes for me on iOS 16 now. Doesn’t appear to be an update in the last 5 months. Hoping this is still being maintained.
I love the app a lot
The only reason it’s at a 1 is because I haven’t been able to use it in a month because of a bug that won’t let me open it. I’ve tried reaching out to the developers but I either got no response or I was told something that hasn’t happened yet. I would love to get this fixed and use this awesome app again!

Killer App
Our friend recommended this app and my wife and I have used it ever since when we’re traveling and want to find hip coffee. Starbucks coffee tastes like pencils to my coffee snob palette, so Source is a godsend for keeping me happy away from home.

Invaluable tool for finding specialty coffee while traveling
Sending all the love for this app! No more getting stuck with mediocre coffee while traveling. Source has helped us find some of our favorite stops while road-trippin. Nothing reinvigorates us quite like a good cup of coffee… and maybe a breakfast burrito?! Thanks, Source!

I have found soany solid coffee shops with this app. On Google it can be hard to find the good ones, but this is a great way to filter a lot of them out!
Love it but I can’t use it!
Unfortunately this won’t work with iOS 13 which I have. I’m no longer choosing to update my phone so I can’t use this wonderful app. I used to be able to. Would you all please considering creating some backwards compatibility? I can still download it which is kinda weird. I can open the app ok but when I hit the continue button on the welcome screen, nothing happens. Seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to make it compatible. But what do I know. I would also accept the implementation of a web app. There is some helpful information on the website now, but I would love to scroll that map on a desktop! Great work on the product though.

Onboarding is lacking data transparency
App immediately pops open a precise location request without any real explanation as to why. I get it’s a free app and it requires location access but an explanation of what is being done with the data *before* asking would be nice.

Find Good Coffee FAST!
A fantastic way to find local, 3rd wave coffee when traveling, moving, trip planning, etc. Google and Apple Maps “coffee near me” still works better to show ALL nearby results. This app filters out Starbucks, Dunkin, other. It is unclear if all shops on the map are manually added or being snagged via API. The app follows Apple’s design guidelines very well.
