Doesn’t work

Terrible app. It doesn’t do anything but load the entire time. Never would have purchased it if I knew this.

App doesn’t work

Just got my new York heat pump and was told this app would work with it. It does not. Won’t let me create an account. When I created an account with my laptop via the web, I tried logging in with this app and it shows an error message. I tried to rate the app on the app and it errors out. Very disappointed after such a large purchase.
