Updated Review
When I initially started using the app, I loved the UI and capabilities, but there were a few things that I needed to bring it to a 5 star level. I reached out to the team at Souschef, and they were very responsive. We talked through everything that I was thinking and they were able to update the app to bring additional capabilities way faster than I ever would have expected. So while I still love the UI, the fact that it’s free, and the app overall, the experience with the app designers really made this a 5+ star app. Thank you guys!

Thank you for using Souschef and for the thoughtful feedback! I’ve added a rating system in version 2.2.0. You can find it on the recipe detail screen by tapping the “…” button in the top-right corner. Your feedback helped make Souschef better—thank you!!
Love UI, Needs Ratings
I just started using this app. I love the UI and really appreciate that it’s free. I don’t want to pay for an app to just hold a list of my recipes. The one thing that I am missing right now is the ability to rate a recipe after I try it. I’m getting around it with tags, but having a separate rating capability would be a plus for me!

Love it, would gladly pay for an ad free version
One of the few apps I’d actually pay for, I use it for work to keep my Recipies organized. There’s not a lot of ads only when importing Recipies but I’d gladly pay for no ads as long as it was a one time fee and not a subscription
Pretty decent app
I was forced to look for a new recipe app when the one I was using suddenly decided to charge a subscription fee. I looked at a lot of apps and settled on this one. The main benefit to this is that it imports recipes fairly easily from social media. Most of the time. There are ads when downloading but that keeps it free so that’s a trade off I’m willing to accept. No ads while using the recipes.
My one ask is this. The saved recipes area has a sort function. Can we get that same sort function for the collections we create?

Hi :) Thank you for your feedback, I've added sort functionality to collections - please update the app to see the change. Thank you for choosing Souschef!
BRILLIANT!
Cannot express in words how amazingly perfect this app is and it’s free! The fact you can import recipes and customise/adjust it and then also be able to see the original to compare is a stroke of genius. Truly brilliant mind behind this app its like everything has been thought of. Another feature I love is the fact you can put how you want the ingredients cut/prepared and then it shows on a list with step-by-step and tick box. Trust me download this app! you will never regret it and it will make you feel like a chef! :)
