Wic App- worst!!!!
Well the concept is amazing. But after the first time using it. Doesnt work anymore! It’s so frustrating! User not found is what it says EVERYTIME! But when I try to make a new account, “an account already exists”
Its just ridiculous to have an app so many people depend on for it to not work!

Well, it was working great. Was a wonderful option to have. Now it wont work. Cant log in. Says there is a network error. Its not on my end. I have data, wifi, restarted my phone, checked for updates etc. so it’s frustrating not being able to use an app that im depending on seeing if benefits were updated to a new formula the Dr is sending a note over for.

The upc scanner on the app does not work!

When I scan the app lately it said it's approved the when go to check out it doesn't pay for it. Not sure why. Thanks

Constantly crashing
It always crashes when I need to use it and freezes to where I can’t see what I still need. Absolutely ridiculous.
Functional scanner fixed could be optimized
Overall, the app is a great resource to utilize when you are in the store checking your benefits, but more importantly, being able to scan and verify that the items are indeed included in the program as store labeling can be incorrect or not available. Not too long ago app update, resolved the camera issues that were occurring for quite some time, so thank you! Overall, the app does the job. the benefits screen gets in the way of current benefits a little bit and could provide a better UX. Overall the app could be a little bit snappier and optimized from a performance standpoint.

UPC scan doesn’t work
For whatever reason the upc scan doesn’t work - just shows a black screen when trying to use it

First it was that the scanner wouldn’t work.
Now it doesn’t let you sign in/forgot password/create new account to see any of your benefits. So very annoying…

Can’t get in
I entered all of my information to register for an account, and it says it’s invalid information. I triple checked all the numbers. They worked to activate the card and to sign into the Wic Connect website, but the app is still blocking me. I looked all over the Wic website and called the appointment line and the card service line, and nobody can help me. I hope someone can contact me about this problem and get it sorted out!

It keeps crashing whenever I try to type in my DOB to reset my password.

Everything works great but when I try to scan something it doesn’t work. So am play Russian roulette when buying things.

Scanner issues
The scanner quit working about 6 months ago. Which made this app only good for checking usage. When the scanner worked this app was great. I’ve called to see if anyone can help and I keep getting told to update the app.

The scanner is so blurry that nothing scans so I haven’t been able to use that function for several months now… please fix this!
