Makes no sense
It’s quick to lock you and and make you change your password but where’s the link to change the password. It can’t even be found on the website. Literally just as bad and clunky as the older version.

I do love this bank. Great service. They are catching up on technology, and I would like to see a little speedier response from the app. But the bank is top notch, so I know they’ll get there. 👍🏻

The app takes forever to launch at times, also my account information isnt available at times when i go to check it. It just displays N/A on everything....
Needs MAJOR improvements
Cannot sign in, have tried multiple times, talked to people. Overall this all is not user friendly in my experience.
