I can’t make any sense of this App
Needs a LOT of Improvement
This app is flawed in many ways, including basics such as respecting your device’s rotation, but most importantly it’s complete lack of any sensible filtering.
Want to know what Body Pump classes are running at (just) Leyland and Penwortham in the coming week? Not a chance! How about a list of instructor Emma’s upcoming classes? Nope!
Perhaps you’d prefer to filter out the endless stream of notifications about children’s activities but still get the relevant ones... can’t do that either.
And all that on top of the stupid booking system that results in a 7am scramble to book for next week that frequently crashes the app and/or server for long enough to lose your booking.
And then when you’ve been put on the Waiting List the app doesn’t bother to notify you if later on you’re lucky enough to make it to the Booked list. This means the excellent reception staff have to ring you to tell you.

Poor Functionality
The app only shows swimming availability at Leyland.

Can’t book more than one space and the website is shockingly hard to navigate as well, very displease with how difficult it is to simply book to go swimming

The app won’t work on my phone. I have tried everything as have the staff at Bamber Bridge.

Wouldn’t let me book anything . Said my account was inactive despite activating an hour before hand . Only wanted to book a swim . Website was similar .
The most annoying system!
This app and website are so annoying - i just want to go swimming and it makes it damn near impossible. The app onlyshows swimming sessions for the wrong club and you can only book one person per account so have to log out and then make a fake email address and a second account for my child - makes no sense at all. There is no other way to go swimming so I am forced to used this system but it’s really stressful. Sort it out please or just let us show up and swim when we want to like the good old days!

Useless app
One of the most useless apps I’ve ever used doesn’t let you do anything and keeps sending you in a loop. Typical of the IT at SRBC.

Go through the whole process of entering all your details just for the last page to not allow you to press next
Stopped working
Was working great 👍🏼 then all of a sudden soon as click on class want to book the app shuts down , every time . Works when you reinstall but then does the same again - it’s rubbish!

Can’t book multiple quantities of same session. E.g. 2 for swimming? Good start though.
