When other banks fail
Small town banks are safer than the big city banks So we had a few banks get into trouble recently
I believe we are all safe with SE Bank
And that’s what I consider as the most important issue
I have never had a problem and I’ve been with SE Bank over 35 years and I trust them.

Not functional
The Face ID doesn’t work with Apple. I can’t access my routing number or account number.

Your App is a bit clunky. I am also waiting for more features that other bank App’s have, such as, check deposits by scanning/pictures of checks and more design choices. Been banking with Southeastern for many years and love the personal attention that I get in the bank. Keep working on getting better. I am quite looking forward to it.

Great job with only a few glitches
Occasionally when I log in the app requests a validation code to be texted and submitted. This is not a problem but sometimes it does it multiple times in a day when I log back in. Overall it works great

I do not use my mobile app very much because accessing bank tellers and loan officers, at the branch, is very easy and convenient. Wonderful bank staff. Great bank.

Needs to upgrade and stop locking up peoples card so much because of transactions
