Great start with the app all, I appreciate what you do so much and will keep supporting you.
Stuff I’ve noted to fix:
- when I leave a video and come back to it, it doesn’t remember where I left off
- shorter punchier videos would be great, I’m watching my first one on the spaniels and it’s over an hour. It would be great if it could have chapters added as a start, before maybe being shortened to more specific content.

P.S. check out Kajabi as opposed to Facebook for your VIP network, you may find this useful once you grow to the right size/income.

24/7 Support?!
I didn’t get any such support when I sent a help request. The app provides videos, which are somewhat helpful, but the solution to most issues involves a choke collar, which I don’t want to use on my rescue. He’s stressed enough as is, I don’t want to stress him by choking him. I send a help request, didn’t get any answer.
The quality of the app is mediocre, it seems to be some sort of wrapper for their website, which I somehow ended up on.
There is a Discord link hidden under „manage account“, but as a user I don’t get any information of what to expect from the discord group.

I sent a query at 5:30am and had a response by 9am from a trainer called Sam. Amazing service!!!!
