Randomly turns face id off by itself since they updated the app. Very annoying.

I’ve had this app only a couple
Months and I have multiple times now, enabled my face recognition but it only lasts for so long before I have to do that again. Now every time I log in it kicks me out so I have to use the website to check. My old banks app never had this issue. Not once.

The update is a nice upgrade. Great place bank
Constant “server error”
At least once or twice a week, the app goes down due to “server error” for a couple hours. Sometimes it goes down for an entire day. On more than one occasion, I’ve had to drive to the nearest ATM to see if my paycheck deposited because the app isn’t working.
