Like the app, but lots of errors
While I love having the app, I get a lot of error codes. Despite deleting the app & reinstalling it several times, it still won’t login using the FaceID on my IPhone 11. After reinstalling it, it will usually works once or twice, but then you have to put your login info in after that. Oh well, at least the app is mostly still usable & I’m thankful for that.

I find this app tells me “error” more times than it works. Please work out the bugs.

Not user friendly
Unable to organize accounts in order of importance to me and too many steps to see the cancelled checks.
Worst banking app
I am switching banks because of how unreliable this app is. I have not been able to check my transactions and that has lead to my card information being stolen without my awareness.
I have called SHB and asked for help with getting me back in the app and no one can help. I have been to SHB and only once was I helped by a young woman. But for the most part their whole staff is completely unaware of what to do when the app will NOT let you login.

Love the convenience of mobile banking. Also love that I can set my card controls within the app without having a separate app.
