When does this ever work?
This app has potential..... it’s easy to use WHEN it works. The problem is that it hardly ever works. The main screen freezes and you can’t even log in. I’ve probably uninstalled and reinstalled this ten times in the past year. That’s inexcusable. Why can’t this otherwise good bank get this app right?!?! Also, it feels like it’s constantly asking me to change my password. C’mon, guys! I need this app to work. Banking is important. Please get a real tech staff that knows what why’re doing.

Title says it all. Also since then my phones operating system has had a few updates too. The app does not work at all. As soon as I open it all I see is the make name & a loading wheel. That’s it. Never makes it to the login screen or even give me an error.
Horrible recently
Worked great for years. In the last month it hasn’t loaded one time.
Hit or miss on working...
This app either works or not...it depends on which device I’m using. It just sits on the loading screen and tries to load on my iPhone. But if I’m opening it up on my iPad it will take a little while but will eventually load. However, the website works well 🤦🏻♀️
