The drivers are great do a wonderful job. Always come early in the morning we can put our cans away.

I only use this app to remind me when my trash is going to get picked up - since I only pick up every other week.
This app is great because it remembers my address. I don’t have to login or do anything. I am immediately shown my calendar upon opening the app.

Best Customer Service
I had to call into the office more than a few times because I’d forget which days were trash & recycle. Now I have the app and I have the info at my fingertips.

Reminders
Every Monday is easy to remember but every other week recycling is hard for me unless I put it on the calendar which I never look at. So I really appreciate the app and the reminders.

Glass and Plastic
It would be great if we could recycle glass and plastic (that is not now recyclable) in bins also at curbside so that it doesn’t go into the trash cans due to lack of time or means to take to the transfer station.

It’s wonderful to have a reminder of the weekly pickup! I would absolutely forget which is garbage day and which is recycling! I love that I can stay up to date so easily!

My kids were alway forgetting to put the Recycle or garbage can. SOS always worked wit me to help in those situations. They told me to just add bags of garbage can and they’d have the driver pick it up. That was awesome. The Recycle they told me to box it up and the driver would throw it on. You can’t ask for better service than that. Getting the information on what the driver was picking up the day before really helped also. Thank you SOS!!!!
