I love southern sitters as a company but the new app is impossible to use, it used to be so easy before the update 😫 if it’s at all possible please bring back the old app
Great App, but Notifications don’t work for me.
I love the look of the new app. However, the app won’t send me notifications. I’ve reset my settings and uninstalled the app before reinstalling it several times. I’ve been through almost every setting in my phone trying to figure out what’s wrong, to no avail. I think it’s a bug. I hope to see this fixed soon!

Hate the new app
I’d like to share some honest feedback about the new app. It seems like the new app was designed only for desktop instead of mobile devices . I’m using it on my phone, and the layout doesn’t adjust properly. It’s really hard to interact with and not optimized for mobile devices. It’s difficult to navigate, the interface feels disorganized, and there are very limited options to filter or customize preferences, or the filters don’t work well.
These issues make interacting with the app frustrating.
It seems like the team that designed the app may not have tested it thoroughly from a user’s point of view. I truly hope this message isn’t seen as criticism, but rather as a suggestion for improvement.
Please consider going back to the old app or redesign the new app, because the current version is horrible.
