Great App, Great Bank
This app does everything you need it to do and rarely has downtime. It’s also awesome to know there’s abranch nearby with helpful folks to help you in person if needed. I recommend people move to Southland CU all the time and the app is part of the reason why.

I recently visited the branch in saint Mary hospital, Joanna Lopez, the young lady CU Associate that took care of my wife, daughter and I, was so helpful and professional providing such a service that my wife end up closing her well Fargo account ( savings & checking) and bringing them over to our credit union; she even did couple of phone calls-fallow ups just to make sure everything was okay. She’s such an asset to our credit union.

when trying to transfer money into a different account it takes forever to load, for regular transactions & Zelle

the zelle isn’t working and neither their site or app has a solution, it won’t load or open and i can’t send or receive money

This app hasn’t been able to Zelle for over sometime now and anyone hasn’t looked into it which makes it difficult to send money with out fees

Bad experience
Apps pretty terrible if it can’t even give me basic info such as my account number?? I don’t know who decided it was a good idea to CENSOR the account number on my own page but because of this I can’t even have access to it. This has caused me issues at work. The customer service phone numbers don’t work and I can’t get connected to anyone. Worst service ever. 👎
