A great idea long overdue: with one huge flaw!
This was obviously not designed by a true left eye dominant left hander.
To be configured correctly the 1 and the 3; the 4 and the 6; and the 7 and the 9 should all be transposed. This would then count up from right to left. Bring a “reverse keyboard” option and I’m all in with five stars. Six if I can find somewhere else to put one....

HI Leftie, Thank you for the review. We had put a lot of thought into this very topic asking other left handers while. Since there has never been a keyboard like that our conclusion was people would instinctively look for the numbers in the traditional format. Just having an option to reverse the keyboard is a great idea! I'll look into making this change.
